We are proud of the academic progress children make at The Hill. Their achievements in statutory assessments are consistently in line or above national average. Whilst exam results and data are only one part of the way we measure the quality of the school, they are an important way of ensuring our children's future life success.

Early Years Foundation Stage 2023 - 24
90% of pupils in Reception attained a Good Level of Development against the Early Years Framework.
A Good Level of Development is defined as children working at the expected standard or exceeding the expected standard in the key areas of literacy, maths, physical development, communication and language and personal, social and emotional development. On entry to Reception, children will undertake a baseline assessment.

KS1 Phonics Screening Check 2023 - 24
85% of Pupils in Year 1 achieved the expected standard with 91% of pupils achieving the expected standard by the end of Year 2.
